DIFFERENT TYPES OF ARTHRITIS AND ITS CURE
Today I am going share with you about the different types of
arthritis. Arthritis is inflammation of one or more joints causing pain and
stiffness that can worsen with age. Different types of arthritis exist, each
with different causes including wear and tear, infections and underlying
diseases. There are different types of arthritis with different place and
different name.

There is no specific diet that
treats arthritis but some types of food found in a Mediterranean diet, can
provide many nutrients that are good for joint health.

million adults and 300,000 children in America according to the arthritis
foundation. Arthritis effect more than 180 million people in India and its

and cancer. The levels of rheumatoid factor at 13.08% were also higher in women
than men .Self-management of symptoms is also important.
